Thanks to HEB all in-council troops can earn a $100 scholarship for every Scout! Troops qualify when all leaders (except COR) are fully trained. Contact james.rangel@scouting.org for credit // Scoutmaster can attend winter camp for free if 100% of troop leadership is trained (including COR) // Out-of-council troops w/100% trained leaders get $25 off each scout. // Leaders get $20 off for each unique merit badge. We are excited to welcome you to Winter Camp at Camp Karankawa! This year’s Winter Camp will be filled with adventure, learning, and unforgettable Scouting experiences.

Please review the following important registration information:

Winter Camp is a troop-based event. Scouts are expected to attend with their troop, and each Scout must be registered as part of a troop contingent. Scouts who are unable to attend with their home troop must complete a provisional application. Once the application is approved, they will receive a link to register.
The $100 troop registration fee reserves your troop’s space. After the reservation is completed, the $100 will be credited to your troop’s Winter Camp account and may be applied toward participant fees or other Winter Camp expenses.
All participants must be registered members of Scouting America. Every youth and adult attending with the troop must have a current Scouting America registration.
